Refund policy

Every Boro & Bambi piece is hand-assembled ceramic, and we pack each order with care. If something goes wrong, here's how we make it right.

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Ceramic is fragile, and despite protective packaging, breakage can occasionally happen. If your order arrives damaged, email us at theborobambi@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Please do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.

 

RETURNS

If you change your mind, you may return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is borne by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

 

NON-RETURNABLE

Used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, since these are food bowls for your cat.

 

WRONG OR MISSING ITEM

If you received the wrong item or something is missing, write to us within 48 hours and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
